One way to force a liberal to accept the below, is to logically follow American history from today and backwards, it will inevitably go back to Britain. They will try "Yeah but Africans, Spanish etc.", but the logic is from 1776 > Jamestown > English Exploration etc.

I was mimicking a Southern American accent the other day and I realised that I only had to make a couple of tweaks to it to the sound like someone from the West Country of England.
