Why are there so few Hispanic/Latinx IMGs in academic GI careers? 1/ Immigration issues -Most come with J1 visa which limits their program pool. Recent survey of IM program directors 👉🏼 41% seldomly rank IMGs and 20% never do so. nrmp.org/wpcontent/uplo…
