One of the things I'm most grateful for is having my own printer and being able to make print samples in minutes instead of days! For this Toni Morrison print, I ended up printing 5 samples until I got the colours right. My next print will be coming out soon so keep a look out!

I am not upset, I will not diminish her legacy to "omg 2021, why?!" She lived a long, beautiful life as a queen. We made sure to give her her roses. We loved every ounce of her. And even up until the very end, she gave us her all. I wish Cicely Tyson a peaceful homegoing.

I created this piece to remind myself that I don't have to wait until a new year to change something in my life. Every day is a new beginning! ☀️Who cares if you messed up yesterday? Yesterday is gone. All we have is right now. It's never too late to start fresh! 💕
