Reassessed the conditions in @fcpsk12 land this evening. FCPS will be closed tomorrow, 1/8/20.

State assessments should be cancelled for all schools immediately. We are now comparing apples to oranges when students are missing 3,4,5 weeks of school, maybe more. Remove that stress now! Put that in your bill and pass it! They will be even more useless than usual.

I do not have an answer for the current situation our schools are experiencing, I wish I did — but I do know the answer is not packets of worksheets sent home with students to complete. Just sayin...

The SAT administration scheduled for August 29 @ CCHS has been cancelled. Additional test dates have been scheduled throughout the year. The next scheduled SAT administration @ CCHS will be September 26. Clarke County HS
