Coaching is a tough gig. Parents questioning playing time, School Board/Admin expecting better results (W/L), etc, etc. Slow down and look for the most important things coaches do; encouraging, building, fostering… #thankful.

Tomorrow every educator returns to their school wondering if they are next. This is NOT how we were meant to educate.
