Nobody talks about the guy who shows up during your healing stage. The one who’s calm, patient, & genuinely kind. He makes you feel safe in ways you didn’t even realise you needed. He’s not love bombing or playing games…he’s consistent, steady, and truly sees you.

Favour is not only when people reach out to help you without you asking. It is also favour when you ask and you receive help. You may think the latter is not favour until you're stranded and ask for help but did not get any Asking and getting is also favour.
