Swim coaches - it’s ok for 12-15 yr old swimmer to be interested in more than just swimming. It’s not ok to shun him or her if they cannot make all your sessions. You should be judged more not on the speed of your best 15yr old but your drop off rate after 15

Last week Trafford Metro Masters swimmers were among the first to trial Swim England’s new LEVEL X ‘virtual’ racing event 🏊🏼‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏊🏽‍♀️💨 It was the 1st competition for most in over 7 months & it’s hoped Level X can be a step towards the safe return of regular races in the future.
