Hey everyone! I know a lot of people have been posting their Lensa/other AI portraits lately. I would like to encourage you not to do so or, better yet, not to use the service. These AI seem like harmless fun but they are predatory and intend to replace artists. (1/9)

i don't think u guys are getting it. the main issue with AI is not "you could've commissioned an artist to do this," it's "the AI is trained to steal from actual artists' work and recreate it with zero credit or payment whatsoever so that a random app dev can make money"

every time you choose to spend time in the room of “what could have been” you prevent that wound from healing. you re-open it. look for the hallway that leads to the door of “what is”. acceptance is surrendering to what we no longer have control over. its how we begin to move on.
