Feeling like a proud data nerd today! Just facilitated a meeting to share survey results using Poll Everywhere to have staff predict the results. Multiple staff messaged me afterwards to tell me how much they enjoyed the activity! Woohoo!

Today I said goodbye to my colleagues from Evaluation Association of St Louis. It was an honor to serve on the board & as Program Chair for the past 2.5 years. I am so proud of all that we accomplished. Thank you for the opportunity to support the eval community in STL. I will miss you all!

I am very excited to announce that tomorrow I start a new position as the Manager, Impact & Evaluation for BGC Canada! I will be a remote member of the National Team, helping clubs across Canada to use data and leading the rollout of a new evaluation framework. Wish me luck!
