The expanded defensive role Bouchard has taken on as a penalty killer, puck retriever, and in-zone disruptive player (blocking passes especially) has been well-documented. Also tilts the ice with transition passing and in-zone offensive play. All that balances the brain farts IMO

One thing I've grown to appreciate about Kevin Lowe is his love and loyalty to the City of Edmonton, especially for someone not born here. Even when the fanbase was after him due to how awful the rebuild was in the early 2010's, he's always shone a positive light on the city.
