What a week! Taking a moment to say thank you to FYN_RJFF for organizing an amazing Career Boot Camp event! I remember *many years ago* attending my first CBC in-person event to now presenting earlier this week. A full circle moment.✨

I mean…are we even surprised?! 🤯🤯🤯

Incase no one told you: you aren’t here to live, work, endlessly seek validation, and to be approved of by everyone. The more authentic you are, the less approval you’ll get. Have the courage to not be for everyone and watch how much better life gets.

Been a hot minute, Twitterverse. Taking a break from this platform was much needed. To kick back to some sort of rhythm & recognizing there’s a lot of heaviness, unknowns, & challenges many of us are facing, let’s focus on what’s within our control & how we can show up for self.

Being a #workingmom I am constantly feeling the push & pull from all sorts of directions along with the rollercoaster of emotions. That nagging voice never goes away, but reminding self and YOU that you are enough, you are worthy, & you are capable helps dim that doubt.

First off, HAPPY #NPSW to all my fellow colleagues! It has been a fulfilling week so far of team reflection, connection & collaboration and so much learning! So grateful to Nilufer Erdebil for coming in to speak about mindsets & design thinking today. We’re all feeling inspired!
