Jaideep Kapoor, MD, PhD, clinician investigator & prof. of neurology, is also the director of the UVA Brain Institute, where he studies grand mal seizures. His research provides new insight into the mechanisms of these dramatic and potentially life-threatening events. #Epilepsy
