#AVinTheAM not only is it important to get the client needs but you should work with the client on a POC Design. Let them touch and see it before you build it and may have to build it twice. Listen to all the needs and manage the expectations as best as possible.

#AVinTheAM don’t forget to ask questions on everything. Don’t assume the clients network will do what you expect it and for the love of the AV Gods...don’t forget about the furniture vendors who never think of us.
