Is it just me or have driver compliance issues at Lyft and Uber gotten out of control - both my Lyft driver and my friend’s Uber driver ‘locked up’ for 20+ minutes while close. Next driver said my trip was too far for too little so they just waited us out. Seems algo-fixable!
