Sometimes #pancreas biopsies can be very generous! This is a gorgeous example of #pancreatic #acinar cell carcinoma (#ACC). Note the glandular architecture and eosinophilic, granular cytoplasm. It is positive for #trypsin and #Ki67 index is high.

Somatostatinoma (Psammomatous) -May cause DM, steatorrhea or cholelithiasis -Somatostatin stain diffusely positive -Some tumors stain for somatostatin by IHC do not produce somatostatinoma syndrome, so it may not be qualify to be diagnosed as such clinically
