I genuinely believe that choosing the honest path, even if it’s longer and more difficult, always pays off in the long run. If you’re going through a tough period and feel like everyone else has it easy, remember that what you see online isn’t the full picture. I started

I used to do everything I could to avoid losses. It got to the point where I wasn't taking trades anymore. Even the ones that lined up perfectly with my strategy. Every setup looked like a potential loss instead of a potential data point. The biggest lesson came when I

$NQ at ATH Not my best market conditions to trade in. Knowing when the market suits your style is half the edge. The other half is recognizing when it doesn't. That's how you avoid bad setups between the good ones.

Trading went from exciting to boring around year 3. I used to think that was a bad sign. Like I was losing my edge. Then I realized boring is what consistency looks like from the inside. That's the goal.

Some weeks the chart gives you clean setups every session. Other weeks price runs in one direction without giving you a single entry. The skill is being equally OK with both.

$NQ bias for the session Looking for longs from the opening gap into a new ATH. If price fails to hold the gap and breaks below, no interest in trading the AM session.

One thing I've noticed about the people who actually make it longterm in trading. It's not the ones with the most aggressive strategy. It's not the ones with the best winrate. It's the ones who treat a quiet week the same as an active one. Same routine, same prep, same

Had a bearish bias going into AM session. Didn't play out as I expected during the open. The Asia low I had marked as DOL got hit eventually, but I couldn't capitalize on it. Flat for the day.

There's a phase in trading where you stop wanting to be right and start wanting to follow the process. Most people never reach it because they quit during the part where neither feels rewarding.

Week recap. Trade frequency still low compared to the last few months. One trade this week, ended with a small loss. Price discovery isn't great PA for me personally. Don't force anything when conditions aren't in your favour. Hope you had a great week & enjoy the weekend!🙏

I used to judge every trade by whether it won or lost. A green day meant I was a good trader. A red day meant something was wrong with my strategy. The biggest shift came when I changed what I measured. You judge trades by whether they fit your strategy, not by whether they
