Started my first patient on colchicine She is an ideal candidate: 69 yo female with non-obstructive LAD lesion with CPPD athropathy, LDL-C 53 HDL-C 92 but CRP 7 on a statin. Also scheduled a CLEERLY to monitor plaque changes over time. Still waiting for Ziltivekimab!
