The reason we pay so much more is because of PBMs and insurance companies. PBMs introduce so many extraneous costs, if you backed them all out, we would be near the same and possibly cheaper. Those middlemen are not there for generics. As a result, Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company has people
