Polymyalgia Rheumatica is a horrible condition that I often see misdiagnosed as bilateral frozen shoulder delaying appropriate management and causing extended unnecessary suffering! Keep an eye out for that long lasting morning stiffness/fatigue and get some basic blood tests!
