Over half of the CT public schools have NO BLACK TEACHERS. C’mon. Even the most well-intended White ppl who never meet a Black person in a position authority and intellect cannot help but be swayed to think less of us. Not even Black ppl can escape such racist notions.

CT media, I know you’re listening, but you ain’t moving. OVER HALF OF ALL CT SCHOOLS HAVE ZERO BLACK TEACHERS! What the hell? Meanwhile, schools are being locked down, guns are coming in and threats are being made. Could there be a connection worth exploring?
