Hope for the future is at the core of being human. Without hope, everything falls apart. It is the needle on the compass, don't lose sight of it.

After years working across mental health services and being in senior leadership roles in Australia, I really feel that leadership, in the age of AI, has never been more crucial. In fact, we will likely see a new form of leadership emerge altogether.

Always encourage to those who want to try and do good in the world. The future is made by people with the courage to take a risk, are willing to fail and try again. We need more people like that.
