Peel Regional Police IPV unit & Safe Centre of Peel joined to host a women’s self defence workshop led by the incredible Nichelle Laus whose expertise empowered women with essential techniques & situational awareness fostering a sense of resilience & confidence.

Had the most amazing time with ladies from the Peel Regional Police Women’s ISN at the MudGirl Run! 3rd year in a row and the team continues to grow! We laughed, cheered & supported each other every step of the way all while getting incredibly muddy! #WomenSupportingWomen

Crawled through mud, laughed until we cried & may never get our sneakers clean, but we crushed the 4th annual Peel Regional Police WISN Mudgirl Run! Teamwork, grit, and unstoppable women! Incredible day with amazing women!
