Student Council Election day was yesterday for our 4th and 5th graders running for the executive offices. Great job to all of the candidates- excellent speeches!

Last week our Kindergarten students worked on writing their names and what they like by creating self portraits. The first graders said Goodbye to Summer, Hello to Fall with descriptive writing and also showed off what they learned during a Great Body Shop lesson on safety.

The McGraw Elementary After School Enrichment sessions are underway! We have 16 different sessions- 8 on each day- Tuesday/Thursdays. Can't wait to share a few pictures!

Our 1st Grade Classes invited in their parents and family members for some fun holiday activities! Thank you to all who participated!

Mrs. Ripley's 4th Grade Class invited Lt. Todd Caufield from the Cortland County Sheriff's office to visit their class today. The students were excited to have him visit and talk about his job. They made him a special care package to show their appreciation.

The annual McGraw Elementary Holiday Concert was held on Wednesday night. We had a huge turnout! Thank you to everyone for supporting our music programs!

On Thursday morning our students spent time with local illustrator Jake Souva! Thank you for visiting us and talking to our students about dreaming big and to always persevere!

The First Grade classes tried out their new Purposeful Play Stations today- so much fun to watch our students be creative!!

Our Positivity Project Assembly today focused on some of the past traits- teamwork, bravery, self-control as we welcomed the McGraw Fire Department to come in for a fire safety presentation. Thank you to these volunteers for spending time with us today!

Our 5th graders are testing out the new Virtual Reality kits that we just received over winter break.... this was so exciting to watch the students visit the Aztec ruins!!
