In today's episode of Runnymede Radio, Professor Geoffrey Sigalet and Eric Mendelsohn debate whether a court can issue a declaration of constitutional inconsistency or consistency about a law over which the legislature has invoked the notwithstanding clause. runnymedesociety.ca/sigalet-and-me…

It was great to host Yuan Yi Zhu, one of the most important voices on this issue, as well as S. Serafin, who was able to bring in his work on the SCC's treatment of rights. We hope you enjoy this encore presentation as much as we enjoyed hosting these two gentlemen.

Runnymede is pleased to announce that its legal journal, the Dicey Law Review, now has a student editorial team! This is a significant development for Dicey, a relatively young and truly unique journal in Canada. Best of luck to Mizuki Inui, Catherine Avrutin, and Liam Sherlock!
