Kentucky plays a completely different style every game, and often every half. There is no rhythm, no connectivity and no consistency I have never seen a Kentucky team with less of an identity

In the Mark Pope era, Kentucky Men’s Basketball has trailed by at least 15 points at halftime in 22.5% of their games against Power 4 teams and Gonzaga (9 of 40)

Real question, what has Pope done to even be considered the man for the job? Playing here can’t be the answer.

If Kentucky is still the gold standard of college basketball, It’s going to have to clean house and start over. No way around it.

This is the 4th game this season (Michigan State, Gonzaga, Alabama) where Kentucky has been completely embarrassed. It might not be the last That shouldn’t happen in any game at Kentucky but it certainly shouldn’t happen in 4 games out of 21.
