The police have set up a reunion site at Young Street and Lamar for parents and athletes.

One thing we AREN’T going to do is make this situation seem “dramatic. ” no one knows the full story but there were many people hurt. FROM MY EYES. I thought I was going to d!e. It is not something we are going to take lightly. #NCADALLAS

shooting or not. the fact remains that fear was real. people were terrified, children couldn’t find their parents, and chaos took over. don’t let the facts get lost in the noise. the real issue is that people’s safety was put in jeopardy.

can we stop worrying about scores and if yall are competing tomorrow and worry about the children that have been separated from their parents and trampled by people pushing and shoving. stop thinking about your selves and think about others and what they just went through.

Today reminds us all that no matter how divided we might feel as a sport, however negative things may seem, we have to stand together. We must never take our opportunity for granted no matter how heated competition may feel. Glad to see people are staying safe and reuniting. ❤️

can we all agree to spread positivity to EVERY team tomorrow? wether you like them or not. (or just don’t tweet anything negative) these athletes/coaches/parents have gone through enough.
