So Department of Health and Social Care Matt Hancock have released another consultation. bit.ly/DHSC-CON Full flexibility welcome but "decisions on paying unused employer contributions will remain a matter for individual employers". I am clear- this WILL fail. #ScrapTheTaper RT if u agree!
