At the grocery. Wearing my mask. Lady behind me, snarky & loud enough to make sure I heard, “don’t guess she realizes that stupid mask won’t do any good.” Me: “Honey, I’m an off duty nurse, I’m wearing it to protect YOU. But, I can take it off if you’d like.” She practically ran.

I wish... I could tell my wife we will grow old together. I could tell my daughters I will see their teenage years. I could tell my mom I will outlive her. Today, I can’t. So I wake up each day, look at my wife’s poster👇 and get to work on cures to ALS so I can. Night all.
