Please look at this audacity. Mr Akinsanya, a Nigerian citizen, first entered SA on 12 November 2014 on a 10-day visitor's visa expiring on 22 November 2014. He did not leave the country when his visa expired but instead, applied for a work visa while in SA. This is not allowed
