The Railroad has just informed us that they have Silver Street closed at Bond Street for repair on the track. They estimated the work to take about two hours.

Wayne Street, between the two High School entrances, will be closed tomorrow, June 21st, beginning at 7:30am. Closure is due to new storm tile installation work and expected to last approximately 6-8 hours.

Bluffton Utilities has a power outage west of 600 East on 300 North. This is due to an emergency pole repair and repairs are estimated to take 2 hours.

Large Power Outage on the Southwest side of Bluffton due to a circuit down at the Horton Substation. Utility crews are analyzing the problem and it could take up to 4 hours for repair.

Bluffton Utilities have reported that Wayne Street between St. Rd 116 and State Street will be closed starting today and will continue through next Friday, March 8th. Closure is due to an upgrade on the lift station. Residents in the area will have access.

Wayne St. between State Road 116 and State Street will be closed to through traffic on Monday, March 11th. Contractors will be trenching across the road that morning but plan to have the road open at the end of the day. Work is being done to upgrade the lift station.

Due to conflicts with existing utilities the digging went slower than anticipated today. Because of this Wayne Street between State St. and Harrison St. will remain closed tonight and throughout the business day tomorrow.

The Bluffton Police Department will be testing Bluffton and Ossian tornado sirens on Tuesday, 3/19/19 at 10:15 am for Indiana Severe Weather and Flood Preparedness Week. The test may be postponed to 3/20 if weather conditions warrant.

Due to street paving and next week being a short workweek, brush and limb pick up will be delayed by one week. The street department will be out July 8 through the 19th picking up brush.
