A light chuckle escapes her lips, before she decides to turn around in his hold to face him, her hands running up and down his arms. "Don't boast so much!" she says, her eyes looking into his.

"Yes you are." she says with absolutely no hesitation, before adjusting his tie.

"No?" she let out as she gazed up at him with a challenging look in her eyes, and removed his tie from his collar. She dropped it to the floor without a word.

She's turning the thermostat up tonight.

The shout wakes her from her near slumber. And so she walks out of their bedroom in her nightgown, groggy eyes and all that. "What…?" she asks tiredly.

Ugh. Not this again. "Yeah..." she responds with a sigh that escapes her lips. She's rubbing her eyes now. She wants to go back to her cocoon of blankets.

"...Whatever..." She's going back to sleep and she better not be freezing.

She just shrugs and turns the thermostat up in front of him. Then her eyes set on him, d a r i n g him to turn it down.

That hand better not reach the thermostat. She's getting ready to just slap it out of the way. She's still watching him.

The /insolence/. She slaps his hand away.

"NO! PAUL! PUT. ME. DOWN. DAMMIT." She's now slapping whatever she can. That may include his backside.

Just... Wiggles in his arms. "I SAID PUT ME /DOWN/. AT. ONCE."

Everything else is fine but her feet are cold.
