1/ Very excited to share our new paper! With our genetically engineered mouse model of NUT carcinoma, we demonstrate that the BRD4-NUT fusion alone drives malignant transformation. aacrjournals.org/cancerres/arti…

2/ We further demonstrate that our model recapitulates the human disease in key aspects, including histopathologically, epigenetically, transcriptomically, and pathogenetically.

3/ This immunocompetent model will help us transform our understanding of this disease and bring new treatments to our patient community.
