one of my other goal this year is to increase my aerobic capacity and endurance by running a lot of “slow runs” and try to stay in zone 2 for as long as possible slowly but surely my slow pace is getting faster and running sub 1-hour 10k “easily” feels very reachable

Been experimenting with Difference of Gaussians as a post-processing effect for the past few weeks My goal is to emulate anything from sharp hand drawn sketches to beautiful water color paintings with a few shader passes More demos soon r3f.maximeheckel.com/painting2
