Sharing our latest work Journal of Experimental Medicine! We've uncovered that P2RX7 regulates unconventional T cells selectively, particularly subsets that co-produce IFN-γ & IL-4. Hoping this helps more discoveries in the role of these innate-like cells, using inhibitors from the P2RX7/ARTC2 field!
Thrilled we were part of #KSTCells25 @KeystoneSymposia in Vancouver 🇨🇦 and reunited with T cell friends & colleagues! Huge thanks to co-organizers Amanda Lund Lab, Nik Joshi & Delgoffe Lab. We can’t wait for the next one!!
Happy to share our recent work led by postdoc Dan Corral showing that the maternal adapative immune system promotes optimal lactogenesis. cell.com/cell/abstract/…
Our latest study, led by Susan Christo, shows CD47 × PD-L1 bispecific antibodies enhance tumor-resident CD8+ T cell responses, boosting anti-tumor immunity. Grateful to partner with Pfizer Oncology Medical to advance cancer research! 🔬 Doherty Institute onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…

I’m happy to share our latest work on tumour necrosis! During my time in the Mikala Egeblad lab, we found that tumour necrosis is not a passive phenomenon secondary to tumour growth, but an active phenomenon driven by neutrophils and NETs! Thread below: (1/13) nature.com/articles/s4158…
