Workout: VO2max intervals: 18x 10s on, 30s off, 102 kcal Felt really strong for the first 8 or so, but then they got super hard, had to take 3 cycles rest, last interval felt incredibly weak -- I'm quite jet lagged and sleep not great. Also feel it's hard to push the HR past
