Honoured to be a finalist Civic Trust Awards tonight for #HopeStreet with our architects Snug Architects at an amazing venue!

I was lucky enough to visit Hope Steet once more today with other members of staff from Hmp Send, including our governor. The last time I visited, it was just an empty shell. The One Small Thing charity initiative is a wonder to behold, built with a trauma informed ideology.

My final talk in an English #Prison will be at HMP Send, its going to be symbolic as I first went into Send as a 14yr old child on the 23/01/1985 the talk will be 40 years to the day 23/01/2025. Thanks to Send & HMPPS for supporting, watch this space for whats coming next 💙💡💙

Today, we celebrated 21 years of the Democratic Therapeutic Community at Hmp Send womens Prison in Surrey. I have been an officer in the community for 17 years now. Today, I was very proud of the women and staff who have been a part of this journey through the years.
