Reason 6,923 why we need six times as many state government reporters as we have: Apparently Minnesota is on the verge of pushing back the release of end-of-year student assessment data (available by individual student almost immediately) from 9/1 to 12/1.

Prone restraint is dangerous and does not belong in schools (or anywhere, really it seems).
