The Ministry of Health in Gaza reports that the "preliminary toll" of the Israeli attack at an aid distribution 'Flag Area' in Rafah at dawn today sent 179 casualties to hospitals, including 21 dead, 5 "clinical deaths", and 30 extremely critical injuries.
