When I read a great book, I’m so hooked I don’t even notice the page numbers... Trying to create a life that feels the same way.

Has anyone successfully switched from sleeping on side/stomach to sleeping on back? Any tips? Wondering if it will help with a shoulder injury. Tried a few times and can’t fall asleep (even after two hours) until I turn on my side.
