Is there a reason that HSBC UK won't transfer money to Raisin UK ? Told it's a scam and it's now blocked. Have others had this issue? Has HSBC saved us, or kept our money? We were going to pop into the branch to sort it out, but the branch is no longer there (or anywhere near)

Credit where it’s due East Midlands Railway (EMR) 06:42 from EMD to STP arrived 2 minutes early at 08:06 today. No seat reservations loaded but we did get there ahead of the timetable. Thanks.
