Today Hochul & the MTA confirmed that the planned end-to-end runtime of the IBX has been cut a full 10 min down to 32 and projected ridership is up 41k to 160k/day. This is the power of grade separation and the All Faiths tunnel. Kudos to the Gov & MTA! youtube.com/live/EhaB99v4K…

1. Anything approaching old Euston would be completely unfit for current, let alone future pass numbers while compromising the stations platform capacity. 2. £7.5bn includes the cost of everything between Euston and OOC, not just the station building. Penn has its own issues.

While Rhode Island's bus system will most likely see a 40% reduction in service, I'd like to show how much the governor's budget allocates to public transit versus the DOT.

Well….. it got swapped back to the original stock and they reinstated tbs food service. And OH MY GOSH Trafnidiaeth Cymru Trenau Transport for Wales Rail the food service and quality is out of this world and I would give it a 11/10! Honestly I’m surprised they don’t have a TfW restaurant serving this food!

Glasgow has far in a way the best rail network in the UK outside of London, not having unified prominent branding is a big missed opportunity.

So we are going to have two completely seperate HS lines separated by the cheapest, easiest to build and best BCR section of HS2 that we still own the land for and WE STILL ARENT GOING TO JUST BUILD 2A! 🙃

First full version of Network Rail's new 'Beacon' type footbridge has just gone in at Trafnidiaeth Cymru Trenau Transport for Wales Rail's Abergavenny station. Modern, smart, some nice contextual ref, great new views, but most importantly: step-free access for all! Nice work Wales & Borders // Cymru a'r Gororau Arcadis UK & Monmouthshire / Sir Fynwy.

Really curious if anyone knows, does the replacement of Greek Street bridge (and I assume the removal of the central pillars) mean that in theory there is now space for 6 tracks into Stockport from the South?
