#Sunday briefing done and the team are heading off to their areas. #Cycle paramedics are ideal for getting to patients in crowded areas. Another busy day in #London, take care all. #QueenElizabeth #SundayMorning

Really proud of our St John Ambulance England young people from across our different youth programmes. Ensuring that MPs and their staff from UK House of Commons who visited our ‘drop in’ session today left with CPR+AED training and an awareness of the St John Youth England programmes. Awesome.✌️

A huge thanks to the liveshq practitioners who put me out of my agony and reduced my knee dislocation at school today. Thanks for the career advice too. Glad I didn’t have to wait the 10 hours for an ambulance

@makins_carl St John Ambulance England St John - Lincolnshire It’s a very productive turnout and engagement. We have lots of willing students as well as trainers & demonstrators to assist. A great trainer doing what she loves (bias I know 🤣)

My other half was admitted to hospital this morning, needing urgent treatment. 16 hours later she is sat on a broken chair still waiting for a bed, and not even been offered a cup of tea. How am I meant to reassure my patients I admit to hospital that they will be looked after.

Newly qualified band 5 nurse, physio, OT earn £13.84, this is after doing a 3 year self funded BSc degree to get a whole £1.59 more than a McDonald’s worker (no disrespect, McDonald’s are paying a fair salary at least, shame government can’t) #pisspoor #ToriesDestroyingOurNHS

A big welcome back to our year 2 and 3 Paramedic Science students! We’ve missed you! However, we have managed to get you hard at work already as course reps, paramedic society reps and teamed up with lower years as Practice Educators!! #OneTeam
