8 weeks ago I was challenged by a buddy to complete the #MurphChallenge today on #MemorialDay2025. Had to buy a 20# vest & I remember my first mile run was a humbling. Today total time 53:55. Had to do some mods on pull ups, but hey…gotta start some where. #fitleaders
