Well that was a waste of time, does anyone know what actually happens to the notes you add to a booking at the time of booking? As clearly they vanish in tk the ether..!

So added to the notes in the booking that we required #wheelchairaccissible accom only for the notes to be nowhere to be found and not wheelchair accessible. Because there is no evidence of my notes I get no refund!

Now I ask, why would I book accommodation and not request wheelchair accessible? So don’t add notes to the notes section when you book on Booking.com because they vanish. Pretty poor service
