Great viewpoint in JAMA Internal Medicine jamanetwork.com/journals/jamai… These days, many criticize health systems as being merely reactive. They ask for disease prevention and a focus on health rather than sickness. How do we balance this with overdiagnosis and “less is more” medicine?
