What's stopping discipline specific accessibility statements... View from #altc23 participants: buy-in, time etc usual reasons. Think we need to push beyond that. Some other ideas: understanding, collaboration, ownership. These things we can make happen.

We should be up front about expectations around use of tech to avoid embarrassment of students turning up with pen and paper and flagging up laptop loans where available. Transition needs to start before they join with advice on key digital skills required #altc23
