R O U N D 1 : D A Y 3 1 of 3: Brave boy is plodding along. He remains in good spirits if only slightly subdued, he sleeps a lot more and has zero appetite now but I’m grateful that he doesn’t seem distressed at all. He’s still his happy self, playing with cars and enjoying

2/3 videos on his iPad. I’m really quite proud at how well he’s handling what is quite a rough chemo routine. Today was only one short IV infusion and some oral chemo, a slight respite, and days 4/5 involve two infusions of a 4th chemo drug. The nurses here are brilliant at

3/3 keeping an eye on him and giving some accompanying drugs to help keep nausea at bay. He’s being very well looked after. The days are long whilst Morgs has treatment, tough as a parent but it’s what needs to be done. We can’t go around it, we can only go through it.
