Since we're on the subject though and people like to lie about it, with the exception of TTS from adenovirus vectors (which is extremely rare- on the order of 1 per 100,000 doses), COVID-19 vaccines are not, in general, associated with clots: sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

No apparent asso btw mRNA COVID19 vac & VTE: 6 robust studies, analysis of > 27 million doses;consistent result:mRNA vac aren’t statistically asso with VTE. Confidence in findings is high due to consistency of null finding across diff age groups, geographic sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

We’ve all wondered why scientists or MDs “turn”. How respected folk can find themselves deep in the anti-vax community. It’s a decidedly simple (but dangerous and malicious) process. Below is a thread on how people become “red pilled.” 🧵

The public sector is bad because individuals will retire earlier, be able to take sick time when needed, have a more stable job situation and will experience financial stability in retirement. These are very very bad things people. We should all try to avoid them.

Important. Andreas Greinacher explained that we must start thinking of PF4-antibody related disorders of which there are 5 categories. The latest disorder has been described at this meeting. I expect we will be talking (and testing) a lot more about this. #ISTH2023
