Bake #2 takes us across the pond to New York, with the Brooklyn Biscuit! This structural masterclass involves homemade biscuits held together with icing sugar cement and supported by strawberry lace cables...we're told the SER is in the post...

Bake #3 takes an altogether more avant-garde approach, with Junya Ishigami's 2019 Serpentine Pavilion faithfully recreated with a biscuit base and triple-chocolate marble tiles...

Our final entry in this year's contest, Bake #4 takes us to the altogether sunnier climes of Paradise Falls, with the house from Disney's Up lovingly rendered in vanilla sponge, with vanilla cream icing. The makeup of the balloons remains a closely guarded secret, we're told.
