First site visit for our #CPP2024 students from Belmont Academy this morning as PM Scott Schendel welcomed everyone on site at the Mainholm Development. Scott gave us a guided tour and we witnessed first-hand what construction activities were ongoing. 👷‍♂️🏠

Nikki visited BraeheadPrimary Early Years with some new signage for their very own designated construction area. After a thorough Health and Safety check, Nikki was happy that all necessary warning signs were in place, and that playtime could continue without any further delay 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

Day 2 in the #CCP2024 house as our starlets from Belmont Academy enjoyed their first visit to @AyrshireCollege. John Murray gave us all a very informative guided tour. Everyone is really excited put into practice some of the professions, skills and trades over the next 7 weeks👷‍♂️

We were delighted to welcome S3 pupils from Belmont Academy into the office today to start our annual Construction Partnership Project.
The project is in partnership with Ayrshire College , LMA Architects and the DYW Ayrshire and will run for 7 weeks.

Last week our Community Co-Ordinator Nikki, provided a STEM day at Glencairn PS & EYC. Nikki worked with P2 - P5 carrying out various STEM activities relating to construction. The pupils worked in teams to build structures using different materials.
